General/Booking Conditions

1. Kms and time starts from nearby our office location.
2. On call bookings slab changes based on time or kms.
3. Extra Kms and Hrs charges applies after 16 Hrs/160 Kms slab.

Charges, Tolls & Taxes

1. Toll and parking additional at actuals.
2. GSTIN 5% charged on total amount (CGST 2.5%, SGST 2.5%) as per government norms.

Operational & Vehicle Compliance

1. CGC will provide 24/7 Operational Assistance.
2. CGC Supervisor will monitor vehicle quality Standards, driver grooming and vehicle availability for guest at all the time.
3. All the vehicles are comprehensively insured.
4. The service provider shall procure the necessary valid permits, Fitness certificate etc. under the Motor Vehicles Act.
5. The service provider shall submit a copy of all vehicle documents (registration, road permit, vehicle insurance, road tax, fitness certificate) and driver's valid license to the company.
6. The service provider shall ensure the deployed vehicle has a valid first aid kit and sufficient number of appropriate fire extinguisher.

Driver & Safety Guidelines

1. The deputed driver shall be of good conduct and attitude.
2. The driver shall be always in uniform (white shirt, white pants & shoes) while on the job.
3. The driver shall drive the vehicle only wearing the safety belt.
4. The driver shall not use a mobile phone while driving.
5. The driver shall drive the vehicle smooth & shall not engage in any rash driving risking the safety of travellers.
6. The driver shall completely comply with all the traffic rules & regulation of motor vehicle act of Tamil Nadu.
7. In the event of noncompliance or violation of traffic/safety rules & regulation, the service provider shall be fully responsible for all consequences including fine/penalty/punishment.
